Yes. Your domain is registered in your name from day one, and it stays yours. Some website providers register the domain themselves and keep hold of it until a 12-month contract has run its course — we don't work that way. There are no contracts and nothing is held back. And if you ever want complete independence — code, files, everything — the Full Handover build exists for exactly that.

Every care plan rolls monthly with no minimum term — cancel whenever you like. Your domain stays yours because it was always registered in your name. If you ever decide to move on, we'll sit down and talk through the options together and find the route that works best for you.

We're an AI-first studio — we build with the most advanced tooling available, which means agency-grade work without agency-grade overheads. No account managers, no office in Shoreditch, no six-week timelines. The savings are structural, not corners cut — this page was built the same way.

Updating what's already on your site: swapping text or photos, changing prices or opening hours, adding a seasonal offer or a sale banner to an existing page. It does not mean a new page (+£100 per page) or a redesign. Every plan includes a set number per year — and any plan can buy extra ones when a Christmas special or a big sale comes along. Ask us for the price when you need one.

It's a chat assistant trained on your business that sits on your site answering visitor questions and capturing leads, 24 hours a day. Running it costs real money every month in AI usage, which is covered from the Standard plan upward. That's why it stays live on Standard, Professional and Growth, and pauses on Essential or no plan — even if it was included in your build. Move back up and it switches straight back on, nothing lost.

More and more people ask ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews or Perplexity to recommend a local business instead of scrolling search results. AI Search Ready means your site is structured so those AI tools can find, understand and recommend you. It's included from the Standard plan upward — and it's something most website companies aren't offering yet.

On "Only" builds: the domain itself (roughly £15–£25 a year at any registrar — or choose Full Setup and we register it for you) and the monthly care plan, which starts when your site goes live. Extra pages are +£100 each. On Landing Page builds the AI chat widget is a +£200 add-on. Ad spend is always your own budget. That's the complete list — there are no surprise fees.

A live website needs hosting, security and renewals handled by someone. Care plans start at £15/month — deliberately less than a coffee a week — and cover all of it. If you'd rather manage everything yourself, the Full Handover build gives you the complete site to run independently, no monthly fees ever.

Ad spend is your own budget, paid at whatever level you choose — £100/month or £1,000/month, entirely up to you. It's always billed separately, never bundled into a plan price. Our management fee is 15% of ad spend on Essential, Standard and Professional — and free on Growth, whatever your budget.

This pricing is designed for UK small businesses with typical traffic. Larger companies, high-traffic sites or more complex builds are priced individually — get in touch and we'll quote it properly.
